Live Dealer Craps at Top Mobile Casinos

You can play live dealer Craps at online and land-based casinos these days, and it is one of the easiest games to learn. There are even craps games available at mobile-friendly casinos. It is a straightforward game, and keeps only a small amount of basic bets in play, the Pass Line and Don’t Pass Line.

Bear in mind, however, that there are over 40 extra bets available for live craps games, some of which are more complicated. You will need to learn and master these over time, and, with practice, you can look forward to a deeper understanding of this game when you play it at the live mobile casinos recommended here.

Information on the Pass Line Bet

When you play craps at one of the live casino options we recommend here, you will have the option of taking a Pass Line bet. It is an even-money wager, which means that what you bet is what you win.

The player rolling the dice is known as the Shooter. Prior to the Shooter rolling his 1st roll, or Come Out roll, the other players taking part in the game will be given the chance to make a Pass Line bet on this roll. In order for these Pass Line bets to win, the Shooter’s Come Out roll must show either a 7 or an 11, referred to during Craps games as a Natural. A Natural will automatically double the Pass Line bets the other players have made.

If the Shooter’s Come Out Roll results in a 2, a 3, or a 12, collectively referred to as Craps, the Pass Line bets will be lost. Any other number appearing will have that number becoming the Point Number, and the Shooter then aims to roll that Point Number again in order to win, before he or she rolls a 7. Should this occur, the Pass Line bets will lose.

The Pass Line Bet in Action

An example of this happening in a live dealer Craps game:

The Shooter’s Come Out roll reveals a 3 and a 5, which amounts to 8. 8 then becomes the Point, and the Dealer will show this by placing a marker on the 8. If the Shooter rolls an 8 before either a 7 or 11 is rolled, the Pass Line bets win.

The Don’t Pass Line Bet

The Don’t Pass Line bet in live craps games simply reverses the rules of the Pass Line bet, so these can be said to be wagers that go against the dice. Some players refer to these bets as Betting Wrong, and, thus, a Pass Line bet is Betting Right.

When you make a Pass Line bet at 1 of the live online casinos we recommend here, you will be betting on the roll result being either 7 or 11. A Don’t Pass Line bet will have you betting on the roll revealing 2, 3, or 12. If it is a Come Out roll, wins on the Don’t Pass Line bet will have your wager doubled. If any other number is rolled, it serves as the Point, but, this time, you will be hoping that the point will not be rolled again before a 7 appears. If you see a 7, your Don’t Pass Line bet loses.

The Other Craps Bets Available

When you play craps at a live casino, you will also see other types of bets available, including Field bets, Hardway wagers, Proposition bets, Big 8 wagers, and more. The easiest bets, however, are the 2 outlined here, and beginners are recommended to play with these until they find their feet.
