Scientific Games And Everi Team UpDavid Burgundy | 20 Nov 2019
Scientific Games has just signed a new deal with content creators Everi. The two will be teaming up to increase the offering available on the former’s iGaming aggregation platform, OpenGaming studio portfolio. It’s a win-win situation as Scientific Games gets to increase their online casino game offering while Everi gets a chance to expand into new markets.
Everi already has a fairly extensive library of online casino games, and their goal is to expand their reach and put their games in front of as many players as possible globally. This new partnership will allow them to do so in style as Scientific Games already has agreements with some of the top operators in the industry around the world. Scientific Games is also excited by this new deal because of the quality of the games created by Everi. They are well known for performing well and the company has won numerous awards.
Initial Focus On North America
Now that the deal has been completed, Everi is looking forward to releasing their casino games to a number of big operators around the world. The OpenGaming aggregation platform already has a reputation for being reliable and dynamic enough to fit into a range of different online platforms. Using this reputation as a starting point, Everi will first be launching content to operators in the US market, keeping their focus specifically on a debut in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
In 2020, Everi will be looking to expand even further in North America, with a launch in Canada. After that, the company will turn their attentions to Europe and a product launch there. Executive vice president and interactive business leader for Everi, David Lucchese, commented that the aggregation platform is a key step in their expansion plans as it makes their content easily available to operators, including some of the biggest and best in the business.
Strong Growth For Scientific Games
Scientific Games is proud of their OpenGaming platform and the success the company has seen through it. They have helped launch a number of content creators into new markets and gained the attention of several of the biggest operators in the industry. The senior vice president of casino at Scientific Games Digital, Dylan Slaney, commented that they are looking forward to doing the same for Everi and their great content.
It’s been a good year for Scientific Games so far. The company has seen a 4 percent increase in revenue for the third quarter, when compared to the same period in 2018. Their latest financial report has also shown growth in every sector of the company.
