International iGaming and sports betting operator GVC Holdings has announced the extension and renewal of one of its foremost current business partnerships. The firm has reportedly decided to re-sign its contract with relationship marketing platform Optimove in a potentially lucrative move for both parties involved.
As a result of the newly expanded business arrangement, the agreement between GVC and Optimove has been widened to include the former’s Gala brands and Roar Digital – GVC’s joint venture with MGM Resorts and Entertainment in the USA.
Individualized Marketing to Follow
Optimove pairs marketing with advanced data collection to autonomously generate valuable insight. The company’s services enable marketers to use the actionable insights mentioned above to create personalized patron campaigns across numerous web, gaming, and social media channels.
Through this innovative approach, GVC will be able to automate, optimize and plan its global marketing strategies according to what its players want the most. This strategy is intended to increase player loyalty, which in turn could lead to major number increases in customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value as well.
On the other side of the coin, GCV will carry out its international marketing strategy across numerous brands, regions and regulatory frameworks using completely customizable multi-channel campaigns. These campaigns will target a range of different customer segments in order to enhance player acquisition and retention rates as much as possible.
Firms Look Forward to the Future
VP of revenue at Optimove, Asaf Cohen, says of the deal that GVC is a long-standing client of his company’s. The renewal of the deal, Cohen said, cements the relationship between the two companies even further. According to the VP, his firm has seen GVC grow and evolve over its many years of operations, and is excited to be playing a role in its international expansion strategies.
Global director of CRM at GVC, Francois Orhan, also added that as his company has established itself as one of the world’s leading iGaming brands, it has faced a challenge in managing customer engagement in a simple but individualized way. GVC’s long-term business deal with Optimove, Orhan says, has impressive track record, and his company is looking forward to seeing what the future brings with them as their partners.
Most recently, GVC has also supplied additional details of its commitment to boost safe gambling messages and offerings of support for problem gamblers. These pledges were made by the operator in June this year, alongside Flutter Entertainment, Sky Betting and Gaming, Bet365 and William Hill.
