NetEnt Upgrades Live Roulette Mobile InterfaceDavid Burgundy | 14 Jan 2020
Fans of Net’s live Roulette can enjoy a new streamlined experience of the action on their mobile devices. The provider recently rolled out an updated interface that is designed to improve the casino game’s performance across landscape and portrait modes, and to offer players better gaming.
The roll-out comes a month after the provider launched three-wheel Auto Roulette Studio. The game is part of the provider’s live portfolio.
NetEnt’s live gaming director, Andres Rengifo was more than pleased with the new interface. Reports quoted him as saying that the interface set a new standard for real money casino games designed with the mobile experience in mind.
Rengifo said that the revamping the interface was one way in which the provider upheld its commitment to constantly perfecting its portfolio with not only new casino games, but updates to previous releases as well. He added that all such developments were done with a premium-quality player experience in mind.
What the Interface Offers
One of the improvements that the new interface offers to players who play live Roulette on the mobile devices is a more immersive experience, regardless of playing mode. If players opt to play in portrait mode, the video, which features exciting camera work, takes up almost 50% of the screen. Landscape mode offers even more impressive visuals, with the video taking up almost 100% of the screen.
Another feature available on mobile displays 18 recent numbers in portrait mode. In landscape mode, that increases to 34 recent numbers. It also offers quick access to favourite bets.
Finally, the interface also offers the option of a racetrack format. With it, the felt not need to be cleared at the beginning of each new live Roulette game. Instead, it allows players to bet on groups of numbers conveniently.
About the New Game
As mentioned, NetEnt released Auto Roulette Studio shortly before the roll-out of its new mobile interface for the wheel-based game. It is a combination of the Classic Auto, Rapid Auto, and VIP Auto editions that lets players switch between wheels with minimal effort.
In addition to a selection of variants, the casino games also offers 12 different language options, with more to come. In line with the provider’s Network Branded Casino offering, operators can choose to customise the new game in various ways, such as adding their branding to the background.
The new game joins other Live Roulette products such as the classic and VIP editions.
