Canadian iGaming powerhouse The Stars Group Inc. has announced it will be filing its business acquisition report on Monday the 17th of September. The report contains information about its acquisition of Sky Betting and Gaming, which was finalized in June 2018.
Information that will be included in the report is the audited and some unaudited financial reports for Sky Betting and Gambling’s last financial year, which ended on the last day of June 2018.
